How does this medicine work

Cladribine is a clear liquid that is injected into a vein or under the skin. It works as follows:-

Cladribine is a medicine that helps fight certain illnesses by slowing down how cells grow and divide. It's made to stay strong inside the body so it can work better. Once it gets into cells, it stops them from making DNA, which is what they need to multiply. This medicine can affect both cells that are growing quickly and those that are resting. It's also used to calm down the immune system when it's too active.
