How does this medicine work
Bortezomib is a clear liquid that is injected into a vein or under the skin. It works as follows:-
Bortezomib is a drug that interferes with a process in cells that helps break down certain proteins. By blocking this process, it affects cancer cells in several ways. It changes how cells grow and activates certain signals. When this process is blocked, cancer cells can't divide properly, leading to them being stopped from growing. Additionally, bortezomib triggers cell death in cancer cells.
