How does this medicine work
Acalabrutinib capsules are orally administered and it works as follows:-
Acalabrutinib is a special medicine that blocks a part of cells called Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK). BTK is like a switch that helps certain types of cancer cells grow. Acalabrutinib stops BTK from working by forming a strong bond with it. This helps slow down the growth of cancer cells. It mostly affects the cancer cells and doesn’t bother other parts of your immune system.
